Love your kids, lose the legwork

We help parents and caregivers of children, youth and adults with developmental needs navigate the complex process of accessing services and supports. We’ll help you compare and select providers of respite and support services.

What We Do

  • Meet with you to understand your family’s needs.
  • Help you organize resources and gather information about your chosen services.
  • Contact providers you are interested in considering to gather key information about what they offer.
  • Create a short list of providers following our review of resumes and services offered based on the criteria that is most important to you.
  • Assist you in reviewing the available services to help you determine the right fit for your family.

How It Works

  1. Complete our contact form.
  2. Schedule a complimentary phone consultation to discuss our process and fees and your family’s needs.
  3. Share the list of providers you wish us to contact via email. A short virtual meeting may be scheduled if needed.
  4. Spend time on other things while we contact providers to gather details about services and availability on your behalf.
  5. Receive the results of our search to assist in your final decisions.

About Me

Lisa Goodman

As a mother of a young adult on the Autism spectrum, I understand how overwhelming and isolating it can be to embark on this journey alone. Making sense of all of the information shared by professionals or other parents, finding the right programs and supports needed for your family and navigating the complicated system can be a full-time job.

With my son now older and more independent, this is my time to pay it forward and help other parents who are struggling with all the same things I struggled with in trying to find the right people, programs and supports to help my son achieve his goals.

Not only do I understand the dedication and time it takes to conquer list after list of providers, respite workers, services, and supports but I really love talking to people.  My previous work in the business world, provided me with a strong understanding of how to get the right information in an organized and efficient way and my recent work in intake and administration for both ABA and speech-language pathology practices has assisted in my understanding of the experiences and needs of parents and caregivers of individuals on the autism spectrum. Most importantly, my life as a mom has made me passionate about making the system work for the individual. I have been there and now I’m here for you.

I look forward to helping your family find the supports that fit you best in a supportive and efficient way.
